Riverhawk Varsity Football Team dominated the 3-0 Crook County Cowboys last night on the road in Prineville in a 24-15 victory. The Riverhawk offense had 279 yards total offense on 72 plays averaging 3.9 yards and held the Cowboys to only 67 yards on just 42 plays for 1.6 years per play. The Hawks held on to the ball twice as long as the Cowboys 32:26 minutes to 15:34 minutes. Gabe Helseth threw for 123 yards connecting on 11 of 25 attempts with no interceptions. Dusty Dodge lead the Hawks in rushing with 73 yards on 12 carries. Michael Armstrong lead the Hawks defense with 6 tackles and both Hayden Pashek and TJ Green had interceptions. Zac Anderson was credited with 2 sacks for a total of 35 yards. Hawks are now 2-2 overall and 1-0 in conference action.
